Filtering viscous liquid

High viscosity liquids require different filters

Filtering viscous liquids, or in other words, the filtration of liquids with high viscosity, is a challenge that we are happy to take on! This also applies to liquids with a high solids content, which are often also highly viscous.

Do you filter polymers, monomers, adhesives, metal pastes, or dispersions rich in solids with filter cartridges and are looking for answers to these questions?

  • How do I deal with high differential pressure?
  • Why do I keep finding gels or particles in the filtrate after a certain filtration time?
  • We need longer filter service life! Less filter change!
  • How do I test viscous products in the laboratory?

We are familiar with liquids with viscosities of up to 20,000 mPas (20 Pa.s) and/or dispersions with solid content of up to 50%.

ARRANGED can recommend the right filtration concept for you, making your filtration process significantly easier and more efficient. We have the right tools for testing, which we are happy to provide to you.
