Disc filter

The flow rate is between 5 ml and 2000 ml/min, depending on the pore size and size of the disc filter.

You can choose from 5 sizes :

25 mm filter disc is the D25C with an outer diameter of 33mm

40 mm filter disc is the D40C with an outer diameter of 45 mm

50 mm filter disc is the D50C with an outer diameter of 54 mm

65 mm filter disc is the D65R with an outer diameter of 72 mm

90 mm filter disc is the D90R with an outer diameter of 99 mm

The pore size (depending on the filter medium) is between 0.1 and 500 µm.

The filter media range from membranes and melt-blowns to meshes in e.g. PP or stainless steel.

The materials of disc filter housing are polypropylene (PP) in natural or black (for UV products).

Housings made of polyethylene (PE) are also available for medical (gamma-sterilizable) or pharmaceutical applications, for example as sterile air filters with a 0.2 micron Polyethylene membrane.

There are a variety of connections available:

• NPT male threads or NPT female threads
• Quick fittings (suitable for CPC or Linktech)
• Quick couplings (suitable for CPC or Linktech)
• Push-In
• Luer lock, female or male
• Tri-Clamp

Optional services may also be available:

• 2D QR code marking per filter (only for D65R and D90R)
• OEM or private labeling
• Individual packaging and/or sterile packed
• Prefabricated filter/tubing sets (filter is permanently connected to the hose)

The filters are manufactured by Saint-Gobain in an ISO 13485-certified plant.

Each package is marked with the product number, batch number, and properties.
