SKS

The SKS filter capsule is a unique product. All connections can be accessed at the top of the filter. The product is available in five different lengths.

The SKS filter enhances the flow geometry of conventional "T-line" or "in-line" configurations, optimizing them for an "E-configuration." The E-configuration facilitates a compact design, thus allowing valuable space savings during construction.

The unique design allows the liquid to enter the filter from the top, flowing directly into a downpipe that directs it to the bottom of the capsule. This ensures that the liquid is always completely replaced from bottom to top. The vent is located at the highest point of the filter, which is ideal.

Recommended flow rate for water (1 cP):

Pore size < 2 µm: 0.6 to 5 l/min

Pore size > 40 µm: up to 10 l/min

Maximum pressure at 20°C: 5.5 bar
