Filter housings Stainless Steel

The best stainless steel filter housing for each flow rate

In order to achieve optimal productivity, it is essential to utilise the most advanced filter cartridge, which is only possible through the implementation of the most sophisticated filter housing design. In the same way that an athlete cannot achieve success without the best gear, a filter cannot perform best without the right housing and process.

We therefore invest significant time and resources in the design of new filter housings, meticulously attending to every detail, even if this approach increases our costs in the short term. Ultimately, this approach enables cost savings for you!

This includes lower dead volume, a better flow pattern inside the housings and surface treatments for easier cleaning. The standard material is stainless steel 316L (1.4404), but other alloys and materials are also available.

Our filter housings are capable of processing flow rates ranging from 20 milliliters to 60 liters per minute.

ADH47

The stainless steel ADH47 filter holders are equipped with quick couplings or hose barbs.

Very easy to use, the holder can be closed by hand-tightening. All parts are easy to clean after use. The housing is made entirely of 1.4404 stainless steel, and the o-ring is available in any commonly used elastomer.

The ADH47 filter disc holders are designed for use with 47 mm filter discs made of stainless steel mesh, sintered stainless steel mesh, or sintered metal fibers. Arranged can also supply these discs in micron ratings from 5 to 150 microns.

MINI-C

Do you need to filter very small quantities?

The MINI-C is one of the smallest and most efficient stainless steel filter housings available, offering numerous advantages.

It is very compact, with an inner diameter of only 47 mm and a height of 50 mm, resulting in minimal dead space (20–30 ml). We designed it for a client who needed to filter solutions containing gold.

- It has tri-clamps for quick and easy installation and removal of the filter element.

- Easy to clean.

- Made of 1.4404 stainless steel (316L) and optionally with electropolished surfaces.

- Various connection options are available, including a 6 mm hose connection and G1/8" or G1/4" threads.

Only FT50 series mini filter cartridges fit into the MINI-C housing. FT50 filters are available with the following filter media:

– Polypropylene with a pore size of 0.6 to 70 microns

- Glass fibre with a pore size of 0.45 to 10 microns

PES or PTFE membranes can be installed if required.

Applications: Precious metal solutions, fine chemicals, etc.

LABO XS

The Labo XS filter housing is ideal for filtering small volumes of up to approximately 10 litres, or for laboratory testing. It has a throughput capacity ranging from 100 ml/min to 2 l/min.

It is made entirely of stainless steel, is easy to use and very easy to clean. Electropolished surfaces are available as an optional extra.

A selection of hose fittings and hose barbs, a mounting base and an extension piece are also available, allowing you to increase the size from 1 to 5 inches. This gives you the flexibility to test larger volumes with minimal effort.

For precise pressure monitoring, a Labo XS Sensor configuration with an integrated digital pressure sensor is available. This can be combined with a data logger to export your test results to an Excel file. You can easily compare results and find the best filter for your application more quickly!

This is one of the best tools for upscaling from R&D lab to production!

We always have 1-inch filter cartridges in stock. If you need a solution to a filtration problem quickly, we can deliver everything you need within 24 hours.

Applications: Product development laboratory, coatings, inks, polymer solutions, biotech, etc.

BIBO

The filter cartridge housing is called a BIBO. BIBO stands for: Bottom In, Bottom Out. Changing the filter is easy because the dome can be removed from the top, requiring only one tri-clamp to be taken off. The inlet and outlet are located at the bottom of the housing.

The BIBO housing was designed with maximum productivity and minimum dead space in mind.

Compared to the filter housings of competitors, a BIBO has 15% less dead space!

All stainless steel surfaces of the housing are electropolished for easy and quick cleaning. And it's worth it! Many of our customers have been convinced, even when it comes to paints!

It is available in lengths of 5, 10, 20 or 30 inches for filter cartridges with 222 adapters.

Applications: Coatings, high-tech paints, inks, precious liquids, plant engineering, and more.

UHV

Our UHV filter housings and filter cartridges are an efficient choice for flow rates between 40 and 60 litres per minute.

1 UHV filter cartridge (131 mm) replaces 4 standard filter cartridges (70 mm), making filter replacement much faster and more efficient, as only one cartridge needs replacing.

For example:

Where a 40-inch housing is required for a throughput of 60 l/min with a clearance height of almost 2 metres, our solution is much more compact. This can also be achieved with a 10-inch UHV filter housing, which only requires a clearance height of 0.5 metres.

Everything is much more compact and easier to operate!

Applications: Ultrapure water, cleaning fluids, plant engineering, etc.
