Filtering solvents

Due to the microfiber structure of the filter medium of a filter cartridge (with a fiber diameter down to a few microns), it has a huge contact surface with the solvent. The potential effect of the solvent on the filter is therefore many times greater, which is why compatibility charts for solid materials are often not very helpful.

Temperature and contact time influence the effect of the solvent on the filter.

ARRANGED has the solution for these requirements.

We filter solvents down to 0.5 µm with filter cartridges made of a single material, i.e., 100% polypropylene, 100% polyester, or 100% polyamide/Nylon.

Are there no resistant polymers?

As a last resort, stainless steel filters, which are often custom-made filter cartridges or systems, are also available.
