Efficient filter systems that use disposable filters (filter cartridges) as the filter medium require in-depth expertise in both liquid filtration and process control.

We consider a filter system to be efficient if it:

- increases production yield by eliminating human error, which is often a problem in many filtration processes.

- determines a consistent set of parameters

- enables the operator to evaluate all production data per batch ('data logging')

- causes minimal product loss during product changes

- is easy to clean, or even self-cleaning.

These filtration systems can be used as stand-alone devices or in combination with other equipment, such as filling systems or weighing terminals.

We offer a range of standard machines bearing the CE mark, and we also undertake the project-related implementation of filtration machines.

We develop bespoke solutions and design and build according to agreed specifications. These can range from simple pumps with filter housings and pressure controls to fully equipped filter systems with weighing modules and communication connections for connected equipment.

Introduction:

We listen carefully to your requirements and, in most cases, visit the customer to analyse the situation on site. You probably already have some initial ideas, which we will compare or combine with our own suggestions in order to develop a concept.

Technical concept:

We then create technical drawings and 3D models to implement the concept.

We present our concept and adapt it to new requirements or findings.

We then ask for your approval!

Machine design:

We know that good design guarantees good performance. Our mechanical and automation engineers consider all aspects, including applicable standards.

From the outset, we integrate mechanical components and automation technology to minimise design iterations, maximise performance and ensure we stay within budget.

Control and automation:

Thanks to our experience-based approach, Eplan diagrams, hardware selection and software development are in safe hands.

You will receive a highly efficient filter system that can provide data to optimise your upstream processes. Please note that filters are an ideal indicator of whether an upstream process (grinding, dispersing or dissolving) was stable.

Manufacturing and testing:

Precise assembly and thorough testing ensure your system is ready for use.

We deliver a reliable filter system that works perfectly under the conditions at the production site.

Customer service:

After the project has been delivered, we will hand over all documentation to you. We also provide operator training to ensure they understand how everything works. We can also provide remote access to the system for maintenance or upgrade purposes. We remain available for support.
