Pleated filter cartridges in polyester

GELCROC PPE

The polyester filter cartridges (GELCROC PPE) have a pleated filter medium that increases the filter area.

- much lower pressure loss

- the service life is extended.

The filter medium is significantly more hydrophilic than polypropylene filters, which are nearly as hydrophobic as Teflon, so GELCROC PPE achieves much better filtration performance when filtering aqueous dispersions and solutions.

The entire filter is made of polyester (PBT) and all parts are thermally bonded.

With its excellent chemical compatibility (e.g. with benzene, hexane and MEK) and temperature resistance up to 120 °C, it is the ideal choice for a wide range of chemical processes.

Pore size: 0.5 to 50 microns

Available with all standard adapters (Code 0, Code 3, Code 7, DOE)
