GELCROC PE

The polyester depth filter cartridges, GELCROC PE, have a depth structure made of thermally bonded polyester fibers. This results in a highly rigid, porous structure that can withstand temperatures of up to 120°C and prevents the fibres from shifting.

The GELCROC PE filter remains stable under critical process conditions or pressure fluctuations in the process line caused by the opening or closing of valves, for example.

The asymmetrical structure of the filter medium (larger pores on the outside and finer pores on the inside) gives the filter a high dirt holding capacity, resulting in a long service life and high cost-effectiveness.

The filter is made of 100% polyester (PBT) and no binders are used in its manufacture. All components are thermally bonded! GELCROC PE filters are a superior alternative to old-fashioned resin-bonded (problems with resin extraction) or string-wound cartridges (fiber release)!
