State-of-the-art pleated filter media for best performance

SAINT GOBAIN NDP
NDP depth-pleated polypropylene filter cartridges are designed for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical and chemical industry filtration applications.
This NDP is especially well-suited for liquids with high biological loads or colloidal particles.
The design's high efficiency is characterised by its gradient porosity, which systematically removes particles according to their size. Large particles are removed through the coarser outer layers, while smaller particles are filtered through the finer inner layers. The outer layers act as a pre-filter, while the inner layers ensure final retention at a defined particle size.
This design ensures the effective distribution of contaminants across the entire filter media, resulting in superior dirt holding capacity, extended service life, and reduced pressure drop compared to other conventional filter cartridges.
Saint-Gobain's manufacturing operations are certified in accordance with ISO13485 standards, ensuring the highest standards of product safety and quality.

GELCROC P
GELCROC-P filters are a further development of the so-called hybrid filters, which combine the properties of depth and pleated filters.
GELCROC P filters have additional support layers in the pleated structure. These ensure that all areas of the filter medium remain under heavy conditions accessible to the highly viscous liquid. The advantage for you; a significantly longer service life!
The multi-layer filter medium has stepped pore sizes that can retain particles of various sizes in the filter medium. In combination with a large filter area, this results in a low pressure drop across the filter.
GELCROC P filters are ideal for liquids with a high solids content or high viscosity (up to 20,000 mPa·s).
Applications can include, for example:
coatings, metal pastes, binder solutions, adhesives, and slurries.

CSM PLP
PLP filter cartridges have a proven track record of delivering reliable and cost-effective filtration solutions across a broad spectrum of applications.
The PLP is distinct from many other pleated polypropylene filter cartridges, which consist of thin filter media, due to its multi-layer composition. This multi-layer structure distributes various particle sizes evenly across the entire filter medium, offering a substantially longer service life.
CSM manufactures all PP filter media independently on its own melt-blowing production lines, giving it full control over all the crucial parameters needed to optimize the filter's properties.
The 'L' in the 'PLP' designation stands for 'long'.
When the pore size is well matched to the fluid, the PLP will achieve a significantly longer service life than other polypropylene filters. We are able to provide samples for testing on a laboratory scale to facilitate this process.
Pore size: 1.2 to 100 microns

CSM PIP
The PIP filter cartridge represents the cutting-edge of hybrid polypropylene technology. Utilising advanced melt-blow technology enables the production of a filter medium consisting of very fine fibres, making it highly effective in capturing and removing particulates and soft contaminants, including gels.
The continuously finer pore structure minimises differential pressure, increases dirt holding capacity and makes the filter cartridge a high-performance product.
However, due to the nature of the super-fine fibres, the available pore sizes range from 0.5 to 6 µm.
CSM manufactures all filter media in-house on its own melt-blown production lines. This allows the company to exercise full control over all parameters and optimally adjust the characteristics of a filter. Please note that many filter manufacturers source their filter media from external suppliers. This explains why CSM is ahead of its competitors.
