Capsule filters

ARRANGED offers one of the most comprehensive ranges of capsule filters!

JKL: the smallest filter capsule. Choose from 10 connection types.

MKL: the capsule filter for flow rates of approximately one liter per minute. Choose from 21 connection types!

SKL SKP: available in 5 lengths, with a choice of 24 connection types!

SKS: the unique filter capsule with all connections on one level, choose from 5 lengths

The advantage of capsule filters is that they can be operated without a stainless-steel filter housing. But also, that the user has no direct contact with the liquid or the dirty filter. Single-Use.

The flow rates range from 100 ml/min to 30 l/min, depending on the pore size, size, and length.

The pore size ranges from 0.1 to 200 µm, depending on the filter medium.

Filter media: polypropylene or nylon melt-blown, glass fiber, membranes made of PTFE, PE or PES.

There is a wide range of connections available:

Hose barbs from 1/8" to 9/16"

Hose compression fittings from 6 to 12 mm

NPT male or NPT female threads from 1/8" to 3/8"

Quick fittings (suitable for CPC or Linktech)

Quick couplings (suitable for CPC or Linktech)

Luer lock, female or male

Tri-Clamp with clamp connection 34 mm or 50.5 mm

Are you a product designer or a machine builder? Have you configured your ideal filter? If so, we can provide you with the filter's 3D CAD Step file so that you can easily integrate it into your design.

Each filter is accompanied by a corresponding certificate of conformity.

Each package is labeled with the product number, batch number, and properties.

Each filter is permanently marked with the product number and batch number.

The filters are manufactured in an ISO13485 certified factory.

In addition, there are optional services:

- 2D QR code marking per filter

- OEM or private labeling

- RFID tags

- Completely prefabricated filter/hose sets (filter is permanently connected to the hose at the factory)
