8. Applicable law and court:

These Terms of Use are subject to, and any disputes relating thereto shall be settled in accordance with Belgian law. Any dispute concerning the existence or application of these Terms of Use and their interpretation or implementation falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the district where Arranged has its registered office, unless the law mandatorily prescribes another court.

9. Miscellaneous:

If any part or clause of the Terms of Use is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining parts or clauses shall not be affected and shall remain valid and enforceable as if the invalid or unenforceable parts or clauses were not included in the Terms of Use. Any invalid or unenforceable clause shall be immediately replaced by a provision that, to the extent possible, most closely approximates what Arranged intended in the relevant part or clause.
